As an organization in Miami, Miami Downtown Development Authority (DDA) was no different from the City of Miami and Dade County when looking at current assets in a leading tourism market. Residential, commercial, and development opportunities were not being communicated efficiently, and the DDA’s digital platform was outdated which led to inefficiencies in staff.

Atlas met with DDA board members, staff, and partners to segment target audiences by percentage, and generate an information architecture and website that would speak to board, staff, and partners appropriately.

DDA’s beta site use by partners is getting nearly as much traffic as the current website. More results to come once website is launched and in market.
