Great Falls is a competitive tourism market, but it is also located near other highly competitive tourism markets (Missoula, Kalispell, and others close in proximity to Glacier National Park). Great Falls needed a way to differentiate against these markets, utilizing a strong marketing road map with distinct tactics and initiatives. A parallel challenge for Great Falls was the organization needed to reach a targeted set of meetings and convention planners that they hadn’t taken full advantage of before.
Atlas developed a two year marketing strategy that, based on local stakeholder research, offered distinct and measurable ways for Great Falls to outperform competitors. Atlas is also slated to create a brand, develop a new website, and oversee media buying needs.
